Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of FRIG Trade, a private business-to-business portal for approved travel professionals. By using the portal, you agree to use it only for legitimate trade activity.

Trade access

Access is intended for approved travel advisors, agency personnel, and other authorized trade partners. Access is personal to the approved account and may not be transferred or shared. FRIG may approve, restrict, suspend, or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the portal or the trade relationship.

Trade-only content

Portal materials may include itineraries, product information, yacht materials, destination content, rates, trade guidance, proposal resources, and other confidential or partner-facing information. Unless a resource is expressly identified as client-facing or public, you must not publish, redistribute, resell, scrape, or provide wholesale access to portal materials outside the normal course of serving your clients.

Availability, pricing, and bookings

Portal content is for planning and trade use and may change. Availability, rates, taxes, fees, inclusions, vessel details, routing, and supplier terms remain subject to confirmation. A request, saved item, or proposal in FRIG Trade does not by itself create a booking or binding travel contract. Final arrangements are governed by the written confirmation, payment terms, and any applicable supplier or charter terms issued for that booking.

Account security and acceptable use

You are responsible for using your own approved work identity and for keeping access to your email and connected sign-in accounts secure. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another user, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive extraction, or use the portal for unlawful or misleading activity.

Intellectual property

FRIG Trade, its design, original text, compilations, and FRIG-branded materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party yacht, hotel, destination, supplier, and partner materials may remain the property of their respective owners. Trade access does not transfer ownership of any such material.

Third-party services

The portal may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, security, and terms are controlled by the relevant provider. FRIG is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Service changes

We may update portal features, content, access rules, or these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
