FRIG Trade is a private portal for approved travel professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, work email address, agency, job title, account status, and information you submit through the portal, including trip requests, notes, saved items, and other trade-related communications. We may also process basic technical and security information such as authentication identifiers, session information, device or browser details, and activity needed to operate and protect the service.
FRIG Trade does not ask you to create a portal password. Where available, sign-in may use a one-time work-email link, Google, or Microsoft. Those providers authenticate you and may share basic account information such as your verified email address in accordance with their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to verify and manage trade access, associate advisors with their agencies, operate the portal, respond to requests, prepare travel or yacht proposals, maintain security and audit records, improve the service, and communicate about access or relevant FRIG trade activity.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate FRIG Trade, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file services, and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. If you choose a third-party sign-in option, Google or Microsoft may also process authentication information. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the portal, with FRIG personnel who need it for trade operations, or when disclosure is required to comply with law, protect the service, or prevent misuse.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide trade access, maintain business and security records, respond to requests, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and other technical measures intended to protect portal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your FRIG Trade account, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons. You may also stop using the portal or ask us to disable your access.
